Cancellation policy

1. right of withdrawal for online bookings of dance courses and subscriptions
If you as a consumer book a regular dance course (e.g. monthly subscription) or a course subscription via our website for a fee, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Born 2 Dance, Diedenhofener Str. 13A, 54294 Trier, E-Mail: born2dance4ever@icloud.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you - including any delivery costs - immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
3. exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Scheduled leisure events, such as tickets to our shows or events (e.g. "Eleganza Show"), in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
- Workshops that take place on a fixed date (e.g. "Afro Workshop on September 15"). These are also leisure events with a fixed date - therefore revocation is excluded.
- Contracts for the supply of digital content or for the provision of services, if you have expressly agreed that the execution begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have simultaneously waived your right of withdrawal.
4. no application for free trial lessons
There is no right of withdrawal for trial lessons offered free of charge (e.g. "Zumba trial lesson" or "Jumping Trampoline"), as this does not constitute a contract for a fee.
